Named for the pale-yellow skin of the fruit that matches the flesh. Yellow Transparent Apples are crisp, light, and sweet – making the ultimate home-cooked applesauce.

 

This antique variety originates from Russia, circa 1870. It is cold-hardy and disease resistant to scab.

Pollinator Needed Such as Ambrosia, Cortland, Empire, Fuji, Granny Smith, Jonathan & McIntosh.

Ripens: Early July-Early August
