Description

Summercrisp Pear (Pyrus sp.Summercrisp)

Bare Root: 11/16″ Semi-Dwarf

Zone 3-8 Mature Size:12-15′ Spread 12-15′

It is a very cold hardy variety that is a prolific producer of small,
crispy pears (3″-3.5″ fruits) that are good for fresh eating only. A
unique pear as it is best picked and consumed at the green/ripe stage
when the fruit is crispy and not fully ripe. The fruit quality decreases
rapidly if allowed to fully ripen. Stores for up to 3 weeks
refrigerated.

Ripens late mid-August.

Pollinator needed such as a Bartlett Pear.

BONUS/FREE Root Dip is an Endo-Mycorrhizal & Ecto-Mycorrhizal Inoculant for bare root treatments to inoculate the roots of plants before planting. This results in faster plant establishment.
